Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan,motivasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Imora Motor (Honda Jakarta Center). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 69 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Analisis data menggunakan analisis uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan pengembangan karir secara signifikan berpangaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Imora Motor (Honda Jakarta Center). Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) yang mendukung hipotesa. Jadi, hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan,motivasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Imora Motor (Honda Jakarta Center).This research aims to know the influence of leadership style, employee motivation and cereer development to employee job satisfaction. The objects for this research were the employees at PT. Imora Motor (Honda Jakarta Center). This research was done to 69 respondents by using quantitative approach by analysing the descriptive and inferential statistics. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of leadership style, motivation, and career development have significantly influenced the employee job satisfaction at PT. Imora Motor (Honda Jakarta Center). It has been proven from the simultaneous F�test and the partial t-test that the three independent variables significantly supports the hypotheses. Therefore, the leadership style, motivation, and career development have positive and significant influence to employee job satisfaction at PT. Imora Motor (Honda Jakarta Center).
