Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti secara empiris tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada yayasan perguruan An-Nurmaniyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey kuantitatif dan populasinya diperoleh dari guru pada yayasan perguruan An-Nurmaniyah di Kota Tangerang dan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik kuesioner serta analisisnya menggunakan analisis regresi dengan software statistika SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi : (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru pada yayasan perguruan An-Nurmaniyah, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru pada yayasan perguruan An-Nurmaniyah, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru pada yayasan perguruan An-Nurmaniyah, dan (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada yayasan perguruan An-Nurmaniyah.The aim of this reseach was to find the empirical evidence about the influence of organization al culture, leadership style, and working environment towards teachers performance in An-Nurmaniyah foundation. This research used quantitative survey method in which the population was obtained from the teachers of An-Nurmaniyah Tangerang city, question naire techniques with SPSS version 20 has been used for data collection . The result of this study are: (1) There was significant influence of organizational culture, leaderhsip style, and work environment Related with teachers perfomance in An-Nurmaniyah fondation. (2) There wassignificant influence of organizational culture with teachers perfomance in An-Nurmaniyah fondation, (3) There was significant influence of leadership style with teachers perfomance in An-Nurmaniyah fondation, and (4) There was significant influence of working enviroment with teachers perfomance in An-Nurmaniyah fondation.
