Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh konflik peran ganda terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan motivasi kerja pada PT Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Pasar Rebo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan wanita yang sudah menikah pada Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Pasar Rebo dengan menggunakan metode sample jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 44 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh antar variabel dan uji hipotesis yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak Statistical Procces Social Science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial konflik peran ganda tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the dual role conflict (work family conflict) towards organizational citizenship behaviour and work motivation in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Jakarta Pasar Rebo. This research is causality. The object of this research is employee woman who have been married in Bank Mandiri Area Jakarta Pasar Rebo with sampling method used are saturated sample. Data were collected by direct survey using a questionnaire method with total sample is 44 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study include validity and reliability testing, classic assumption testing, analysis of the influence of variables and hypothesis testing with the software used is Statistical Procces Social Science (SPSS). The results concluded that the partial dual role conflict (work family conflict) has not significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior and also has not significant impact on work motivation.
