Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dibagian staff operasional pada PT. Dharma Indah Agung Metropolitan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 109 karyawan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPPS versi 23. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode purposive sampling dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor, uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisi regresi linear berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisi menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation toward performance of employee in staff operational on PT. Dharma Indah Agung Metropolitan. Data collected through distribution of quesionaires and it is implemented to PT. Dharma Indah Agung Metropolitan 109 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 23. A sampling technique uses a purposive sampling and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test by factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Classic assumption test and double linear regression analysis, to verify and to prove the research hypothesis. Analysis result demonstrates that leadership style and work motivation have a positive influence toward employee performance. Leadership style and work motivation together have a positive influence toward employee performance.
