Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Mulila Colliman International, yang berlokasi di Bogor. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Mulia Colliman International, Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang Di gunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara persial dan simultan, variabel Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Mulia Colliman International, Bogor. Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hepotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Mulia Colliman International, Bogor.This study was to determine the effect of Work Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Mulia Colliman International, located in Bogor. The object of this study are employees working in PT. Mulia Colliman International, Bogor. This study was conducted on 70 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis In use statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. These results indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variable Work Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Mulia Colliman International, Bogor. Effect on employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t test) also showed a significant value of two independent variables that support hepotesa. Therefore the test results of this study stated that there are significant variables simultaneously between Work Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance PT. Noble Colliman International, Bogor.
