Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kepuasan dan Kinerja Karywan. Secara lebih spesifik tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan CCTV Jakarta, (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan CCTV Jakarta, (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan CCTV Jakarta, (4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja karywan CCTV Jakarta, (5) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CCTV Jakarta.Objek Penelitian Perusahaan CCTV Jakarta, Meruya ilir raya N88 bisnis park, Kebun Jeruk, Kembangan, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 Responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Analisis Jalur. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistik Deskriptif,Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas. Hasil dari Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1)KepemimpinanBerpengaruh terhadap Kepuasaan Kerja, t hitung > t tabel (2,283>2,012).(2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruhterhadap Kepuasaan Kerja. t hitung > t tabel (2,123 >2,012).(3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. t hitung > t tabel (2,147 >2,013). (4) Disiplin Kerja tidak bepengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. t hitung > t tabel (1,116 >2,013). (5) Kepuasaan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.t hitung > t tabel (2,204 >2,013).This study was conducted to determine the effect of Leadership and Work Discipline of the employees' satisfaction and performance. More specifically the purpose of this study was to (1) analyze the influence of leadership on Employee Satisfaction CCTV Jakarta, (2) To analyze the effect of Work Discipline, the Employee Satisfaction CCTV Jakarta, (3) To analyze the effect of leadership on employee performance CCTV Jakarta, (4) To analyze the effect on the performance of employees' Work Discipline CCTV Jakarta, (5) To analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee performance CCTV Jakarta.Object Research Company CCTV Jakarta, Meruyailir N88 highway business park, KebunJeruk, Kembangan, West Jakarta. This study was conducted on 50 respondents using Path Analysis method approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is Descriptive Statistics, Validity and Test Reliability. The results of this study show that, (1) LeadershipPositive and significant impact Against Job Satisfaction, value of t> t table (2.283> 2.012. (2) Work Discipline positive and significant impact Against Job Satisfaction. value of t> t table (2.123> 2.012). (3) Leadership positive and significant effect on Employee Performancevalue of t> t table (2.147> 2.013). (4) Work Discipline not significant on Employee Performance. value of t> t table (1.116> 2.013), had a .270 probability of ≤ 0.05. (5) Job satisfaction positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. value of t> t table (2.204> 2.013).
