Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai”. Objek penelitian ini adalah Kecamatan Larangan Kota Tangerang ysng berada di Larangan Kota Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah Struktural Equation Model (SEM) yang berbasis varian Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kemudian etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.This study entitled "Effect of Career Development and Work Ethics Against Employee Performance". The object of this study is the District Prohibition ysng located in Tangerang City Tangerang City Prohibition. The population in this study were 52 respondents using sampling techniques saturated. Methods of data analysis of this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based variants Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the career development and significant positive effect on employee performance, then the work ethic and significant positive effect on employee performance.
