Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Evo Production yang berada di wilayah Depok. Penelitian ini dilakuan terhadap 105 responden menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Gaya Kepemmimpinan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), Motivasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (uji t).This study aims to determine the effect of labor Leadership Style and Motivation to employee performance. The object of this study are employess working at PT. Evo Production located in the region of Depok. This study was conducted on 105 respondent using non-probability sampling method. The analysis with used SPSS version 21. The result of this study indicate that partial leadership style significant effect, on employee performance motivation doesn’t effect on employee performance it is evidenced from the partial test (t test).
