Abstract
Studi ini melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada lembaga pemasyarakatan klas 1 tangerang, penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan dua variabel independen yaitu motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir satu variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja (X1) dan pengembangan karir (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan (uji F) variabel motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. secara parsial (uji T) pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.This study did research on the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance class 1 tangerang correctional institutions, this study was conducted on 60 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. By using two independent variables, motivation and career development of the dependent variable is employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of c (X1) and career development (X2) on employee performance (Y). The results of this study indicate simultaneously (F test) variable work motivation and career development together to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. partially (t test) career development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
