Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi (X1), Motivasi (X2) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada Koperasi Bosar Jaya Group cabang Cileduk dan Srengseng. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan 3 variabel independen yaitu Kompensasi , Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, serta satu variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Kompensasi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Koperasi Bosar Jaya Group cabang Cileduk dan Srengseng. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil uji simultan (Uji F) yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan Kompensasi, Motivasi, Lingkugan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Koperasi Bosar Jaya Group cabang Cileduk dan Srengseng. Sedangkan uji parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukkan Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.This study aimed to determine the effect of Compensation (X1), motivation (X2) and the Working Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) Cooperative Group Bosar Jaya branch Cileduk and Srengseng. This study was conducted on 40 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. By using three independent variables, Compensation, Motivation, Work Environment, as well as the dependent variable Employee Performance. The results showed partially and simultaneously, variable compensation, Motivation, Work Environment influence on employee performance in the Cooperative Group Bosar Jaya branch Cileduk and Srengseng. This is evidenced by the results of simultaneous test (F test) which indicates the existence of significant influence Compensation, Motivation, Work of environmental simultaneously affect the performance Bosar Jaya Group Employee Cooperative branch Cileduk and Srengseng. While the partial test (t test) also showed significant effect on the Compensation Employee Performance, Motivation significant effect on Employee Performance and Working Environment influence on employee performance.
