Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil merek Toyota Avanza di Jakarta Barat. Selain itu, penelitian ini akan menganalisis faktor apakah yang berpengaruh paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi konsumen dalam membeli mobil Merek Toyota Avanza. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen yang mempunyai mobil Toyota Avanza di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Sampling Indsidental (pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan) Hasil penelitian menunjukan jika pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas produk dan promosi dapat mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga menjadi variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Avanza di Jakarta Barat. This research aimed to know the influence of pricing, product quality and promotions on purchasing decision Toyota Avanza in West Jakarta. In addition, this research will analyze the factors that influence whether the most dominant influencing consumer to but a Toyota Avanza . The population in this research is owner who has a Toyota Avanza car in West Jakarta area. This study conducted on 60 respondents using sampling techniques used Incidental Sampling technique (sampling by chance). Research shows if the influence of pricing, product quality and promotions can significantly. Price becomes the most dominant variable in influencing purchasing decisions Toyota Avanza in West Jakarta.
