Abstract

Human Resources has a very dominant role in a company. So that the existing workforce is necessary to develop quality so that can achieve what is desired by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how far the dicipline relationships to employee job performance. Samples taken from a population of 57 persons. Data processing and analysis techniques used to use Rank Spearman correlation and t test statistics to test the hypothesis. The coefficient of determination used to know the amount of dicipline relationships to job performance. From the research result that dicipline has a very strong relationship with job performance according to the interpretation of correlation. This is seen from the Rank Spearman Correlation Coefficient of 0.83. Determination coefficient analysis showed that the dicipline of work affect the performance of 69%. Testing the hypothesis states that t (11.03) is bigger than t table (1.671) means Ho is rejected and Hi accepted. This the hypothesis raised author of "The better discipline, the more increase also the job performance." dicipline has a very strong relationship with job performance on the employees of PT Gratika, Jakarta.
