Abstract
Skripsi ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang dipilih adalah Pegawai Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Tangerang. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil 30 orang pegawai Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Tangerang. Dan data analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesa dengan model persamaan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan Software Statistical Program of Social Science 16.0 (SPSS 16.0). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi Kerja pegawai
