Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees in the Billing Management of PT. PLN UP3 Bandengan Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method SPSS 25. The population consists of all employees at the Billing Management Unit of PT. PLN UP3 Bandengan Jakarta using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that interpersonal communication, motivation, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. However, partially, only the work environment has a significant effect, while interpersonal communication and motivation do not show a significant effect. These findings indicate that a comfortable, safe, and conducive work environment plays a crucial role in improving employee performance. The results of this study are expected to provide practical implications for management and serve as a reference for future research. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Manajemen Billing PT. PLN UP3 Bandengan Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 orang. dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh (saturated sampling). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan komunikasi interpersonal, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun secara parsial, hanya lingkungan kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, aman, dan kondusif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
