Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation, workload, and job stress on employee work productivity at PT. Cahaya Technology Unggas (Farmsco Breeding Farm) in Pandeglang Regency, Banten. This research is a quantitative study using both primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to permanent employees of the company, while secondary data consisted of company information regarding the number of employees and attendance records. The sample in this study consisted of 30 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using SmartPLS version 3.0. The results show that compensation does not have a significant effect on employee work productivity. Meanwhile, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Job stress also has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Workload, Job Stress, Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Cahaya Technology Unggas (Farmsco Breeding Farm) di Kabupaten Pandeglang, Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap perusahaan, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari informasi perusahaan terkait jumlah karyawan dan data absensi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan stres kerja merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan.
