Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of project leadership, risk management implementation, and the competence of the project execution team on project performance. In this study, the independent variables consist of project leadership, risk management implementation, and the competence of the project execution team, while the dependent variable analyzed is project performance. This research was conducted at PT Gamatech, focusing on the Genset Procurement and Installation Project at the Subang Textile Factory. The population in this study comprises all workers and project execution team members at PT Gamatech, with a total of 55 respondents, so the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collected through observation, documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The research results show that project leadership has a positive and significant effect on project performance. In addition, the implementation of risk management is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on project performance, as well as the competence of the project team, which shows a positive and significant influence on project performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan proyek, penerapan manajemen risiko, dan kompetensi tim pelaksana terhadap kinerja proyek. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan proyek, penerapan manajemen risiko, dan kompetensi tim pelaksana, sedangkan variabel dependen yang dianalisis adalah kinerja proyek. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Gamatech, dengan fokus pada Proyek Pengadaan Genset dan Instalasi di Pabrik Tekstil Subang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kerja dan tim pelaksana proyek PT Gamatech, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 55 orang, sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan proyek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek. Selain itu, penerapan manajemen risiko juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek, demikian pula kompetensi tim pelaksana yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja proyek.
