Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational communication climate This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational communication climate and employee engagement on employee performance at SPE Solution. The independent variables in this study are Organizational Communication Climate (X1) and Employee Engagement (X2), while the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). The population consists of 250 employees of SPE Solution. Using Slovin’s formula with a 10% margin of error, 72 respondents were selected through simple random sampling. This research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method with Likertscale questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests and multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that organizational communication climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.665 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Employee engagement also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.682 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance, with an F-value of 38.398 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.407 indicates that 40.7% of employee performance variation is explained by organizational communication climate and employee engagement, while 59.3% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings highlight the strategic importance of effective internal communication and strong employee engagement in improving employee performance, particularly in a hybrid working system within fintech companies such as SPE Solution. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi informasi melalui media sosial Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan di SPE Solution. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Iklim Komunikasi Organisasi (X1) dan Employee Engagement (X2), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan SPE Solution sebanyak 250 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%, sehingga diperoleh 72 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta uji koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,665 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Employee engagement juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,682 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, iklim komunikasi organisasi dan employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 38,398 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,407 menunjukkan bahwa 40,7% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sedangkan 59,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas komunikasi internal dan tingkat keterlibatan karyawan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, khususnya dalam sistem kerja hybrid di perusahaan fintech seperti SPE Solution.
