Abstract
This research is to determine the influence of work ability, work discipline and work motivation on the performance employees of PT. Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi (Supply Chain & Fulfillment Department). The subjects of this research were all employees who worked at PT. Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi (Supply Chain & Fulfillment Department). The population in this study was 60 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size uses a saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population of 60 PT employees. Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi (Supply Chain & Fulfillment Department). The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this research state that the work ability variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi (Supply Chain & Fulfillment Department). Keywords: Work Ability, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi (Supply Chain & Fulfillment Department). Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi (Supply Chain & Fulfillment Department). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi dengan jumlah 60 karyawan PT. Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi (Supply Chain & Fulfillment Department). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi (Supply Chain & Fulfillment Department). Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
