Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Education, Directorate of Elementary Schools. The research approach used a quantitative method with a causal approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents using a saturated sampling method. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEMPLS) technique. The results showed that: Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation had no significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kementerian Pendidikan, Direktorat Sekolah Dasar. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 80 responden dengan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling– Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
