Abstract

The rapid development of the industry and the proliferation of coffee shops in Indonesia require brands to have a strong and communicable identity. One of the strategic efforts for rebranding Kopi Lawson is to create an educational video. The purpose of this final project is to increase awareness of the Kopi Lawson brand. This video is the main means to introduce Kopi Lawson's new identity and uniqueness amidst market competition, using a visual communication design approach. This study examines how informative educational content can be packaged visually using narrative structure, composition, color, and motion animation designed to build relevant relationships with modern coffee customers. It is hoped that the design results will offer an effective communication method, educational videos as a powerful tool to increase people's understanding, and re-embed Kopi Lawson in the minds of customers. Pesatnya perkembangan industri dan menjamurnya kedai kopi di Indonesia menuntut merek untuk memiliki identitas yang kuat dan terkomunikasi. Salah satu upaya strategis untuk rebranding Kopi Lawson adalah membuat video edukasi. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan merek Kopi Lawson. Video ini menjadi sarana utama untuk memperkenalkan identitas dan keunikan baru Kopi Lawson di tengah kompetisi pasar, menggunakan pendekatan desain komunikasi visual. Studi ini melihat bagaimana konten edukasi yang informatif dapat dikemas secara visual dengan menggunakan struktur narasi, komposisi, warna, dan animasi gerakan yang dirancang untuk membangun hubungan yang relevan dengan pelanggan kopi modern. Diharapkan bahwa hasil perancangan akan menawarkan metode komunikasi yang efektif, video edukasi sebagai alat yang kuat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman orang, dan menanamkan kembali Kopi Lawson di benak pelanggan.
