Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, and organizational commitment on employee performance Case Study in Pinang District, Tangerang City. Where three independent variables and one dependent variable are proposed. The object of this study is employees in Pinang District, Tangerang City as many as 79 respondents. The sample collection method uses saturated samples. By using a causal research design. The analysis method of this study uses SEM-PLS, with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Pinang District, Tangerang City. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Studi Kasus pada Kecamatan Pinang Kota Tangerang. Dimana diajukan tiga variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kecamatan Pinang kota Tangerang sebanyak 79 responden. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS, dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kecamatan Pinang Kota Tangerang. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai
