Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of trust, customer reviews, and free shipping on customer repurchase intention on Tokopedia. The population in this study were consumers who use Tokopedia in Jabodetabek. The sample used in this study was 155 respondents. The sampling technique chosen was purposive sampling. The data collection method used a survey method, with an online questionnaire research instrument using Google Form. The data analysis method used Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. This study proves that trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Free shipping has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Keywords: Trust, Customer Reviews, Free Shipping, Repurchase Interest Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, customer review, dan gratis ongkir terhadap minat beli ulang customer di Tokopedia. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan Tokopedia di Jabodetabek. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 155 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipilih yakni purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner online dengan menggunakan Google Form. Metode analisis data menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Customer review berpengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Gratis ongkir berpengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang.
