Abstract
This research aims to examine the extent to which work motivation, compensation, and job satisfaction influence teacher performance at SMA Muhammadiyah 25 Pamulang. The study was prompted by the inconsistency in teacher performance, which is suspected to be affected by internal organizational factors such as low motivation, dissatisfaction with rewards, and varying levels of job satisfaction among individuals. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed in this study. The respondents consisted of 24 permanent teachers selected using purposive sampling. Data were gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software. The findings reveal that, individually, all three independent variables work motivation, compensation, and job satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on teacher performance. Collectively, these variables also significantly influence the dependent variable, which is teacher performance. These results highlight the need for school management to focus on enhancing motivation, providing fair compensation, and improving job satisfaction as strategies to boost teacher performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja memengaruhi kinerja guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 25 Pamulang. Latar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari adanya ketidakkonsistenan dalam kinerja guru yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek internal organisasi, seperti motivasi yang kurang, ketidakpuasan terhadap imbalan kerja, serta perbedaan tingkat kepuasan kerja antar individu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 guru tetap, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, ketiga variabel independen yaitu motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja, memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara bersama-sama, ketiga faktor tersebut juga terbukti berkontribusi signifikan dalam memengaruhi kinerja guru. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya perhatian manajemen sekolah terhadap peningkatan motivasi, pemberian kompensasi yang layak, dan penciptaan kepuasan kerja guna mendorong peningkatan kinerja guru.
