Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the extent of the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Locus of Control on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Permata Prima Teknologi. A total of 42 employees were selected as respondents using the census method. Data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of the study showed that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, Locus of Control was proven to have a positive and significant effect on both job satisfaction and performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior also made a positive and significant contribution to both, it can be said that voluntary behavior outside of primary responsibilities and an individual's ability to organize and direct themselves are important elements in encouraging job satisfaction that plays a role in driving overall performance. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Locus of Control, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menelaah sejauh mana pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Locus of Control terhadap kepuasan kerja serta kinerja karyawan di PT Permata Prima Teknologi. Sebanyak 42 karyawan dijadikan responden dengan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, Locus of Control terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun kinerja. Organizational Citizenship Behavior juga memberikan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap keduanya, dapat dikatakan bahwa perilaku sukarela di luar tanggung jawab utama serta kemampuan individu dalam mengatur dan mengarahkan dirinya sendiri menjadi elemen penting dalam mendorong kepuasan kerja yang berperan dalam mendorong kinerja secara menyeluruh.
