Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work environment, and job stress on employees’ turnover intention. The population in this study consists of all 150 employees working at PT Mitra Sukses Kreasindo. This population was selected because all employees have the potential to experience job satisfaction, specific work environments, job stress, and turnover intention. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, involving 109 respondents with a minimum tenure of one year. This research employed a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design and was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) version 4.0. The results indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, while job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: turnover intention , Work Stres, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Mitra Sukses Kreasindo sebanyak 150 orang. Populasi ini dipilih karena seluruh karyawan memiliki potensi untuk mengalami kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja tertentu, stres kerja, dan turnover intention. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 109 responden dengan masa kerja minimal satu tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal-komparatif dan alat analisis Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, serta stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
