Abstract
This thesis aims to determine the effect of service quality, teacher competence, and school facilities on student satisfaction in SMK TI Manba'ul Ulum Tangerang. The population in this study are students of SMK TI Manba'ul Ulum Tangerang academic year 2015/2016, ranging from class X to XII. The sample taken is a whole student with a total of 221 students. Data on service quality, teacher competence, and school facilities were collected through questionnaires distributed throughout the students, collected data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques partially and simultaneously by categorizing by class and gender to see the variation of result after analyzed either partially and simultaneously. Keywords : Service Quality, Teacher Competence, Facility, Satisfaction Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kompetensi guru, dan fasilitas sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa di SMK TI Manba’ul Ulum Tangerang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK TI Manba’ul Ulum Tangerang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 mulai dari kelas X sampai dengan XII. Sampel yang diambil merupakan keseluruhan siswa dengan jumlah 221 siswa. Data mengenai kualitas pelayanan, kompetensi guru, dan fasilitas sekolah dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar keseluruh siswa, data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik regresi berganda secara parsial dan simultan dengan mengkategorikan berdasarkan kelas dan gender untuk melihat variasi hasil setelah dianalisis baik secara parsial dan juga simultan.
