Abstract
This study aims to analyze the relationship of organizational support, distributive justice, and organizational confidence in employee job satisfaction at PT Yapindo Jaya Abadi. The population in this study is the company PT Yapindo Jaya Abadi who tested 102 respondents. The research sample borrowed 102 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated samples and the data collection method uses questionnaires. Data Analysis Method uses Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study prove the fact that work stress is not significant to job satisfaction. Work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development is not significant to job satisfaction. Keywords: Job Stress, Work Environment, Career Development, Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi, keadilan distributif, dan kepercayaan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Yapindo Jaya Abadi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Yapindo Jaya Abadi yang berjumlah 102 responden. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 102 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode Analisis Data menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stress kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengembangan karier berpengaruh tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Pengembangan Karier, Kepuasan Kerja.
