Abstract
This study aims to examine whether there is a relationship between Workload and Perceived Fairness to Burnout employees PT. JNE Main Branch Bekasi. This study uses saturated sampling with quantitative research. Respondents of this backoffice employees of PT. JNE Main Branch Bekasi with permanent employees status. The measuring instrument used was NASA task-load index (TLX) (Hart and Staveland, 1988) which has been adapted by Prijayanti (2015), the Perceived Fairness (Greenberg, 1986), and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) (Maslach and Jackson, 1981). The study has shown that there is a positive correlation between workload to burnout. Significance value on the correlation test was 0,000 and r = 0,494** (p = 0,000). Shown that there is a negative correlation between perceived fairness to burnout. Significance value on the correlation test was 0,001 and r = -0,412** (p = 0,001). Shown that there is a correlation between workload and perceived fairness simultaneously to burnout. Fhitung value of 20.886 > 3.150 (Ftabel). The meaning that the higher the workload a worker gets, the higher the burnout will be, and vice versa. On the contrary, the higher perceived fairness they feel, the lower their burnout level will be. Likewise, workload and perceived fairness can correlation simultaneously to burnout. Keywords : Workload, Perceived Fairness, Burnout Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dan persepsi keadilan terhadap kelelahan kerja karyawan PT. JNE Cabang Utama Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Responden ini ialah karyawan backoffice di PT. JNE Cabang Utama Bekasi dengan status karyawan tetap. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah NASA task-load index (TLX) (Hart and Staveland, 1988) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Prijayanti (2015), alat ukur Perceived Fairness (Greenberg, 1986), dan Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) (Maslach and Jackson, 1981). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara beban kerja terhadap kelelahan kerja. Nilai signifikansi pada uji korelasi sebesar 0,000 and r = 0,494** (p = 0,000). Menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara persepsi keadilan terhadap kelelahan kerja. Nilai signifikansi pada uji korelasi sebesar 0,001 dan r = -0,412** (p = 0,001). Tampak menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dan persepsi keadilan secara simultan terhadap kelelahan kerja. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 20.886 > 3.150 (Ftabel). Artinya, semakin tinggi beban kerja maka akan semakin tinggi kelelahan kerja, dan sebaliknya. Begitupun untuk persepsi keadilan semakin tinggi persepsi keadilan maka akan semakin rendah kelelahan kerja, dan sebaliknya. Demikian pula, beban kerja dan persepsi keadilan yang dirasakan dapat berkorelasi secara bersamaan terhadap kelelahan kerja. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Persepsi Keadilan, dan Kelelahan Kerja
