Abstract

Dengan adanya keterbukaan untuk publik maka dibutuhkan suatu informasi yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh bagian yang berkepentingan dalam unit pelayanan ini. Diiringi dengan perkembangan teknologi sistem informasi saat ini terasa sangat pesat, hampir di semua aspek kegiatan telah menggunakan teknologi sistem informasi sebagai penunjang kegiatannya, baik itu dalam bidang ekonomi, sosial budaya, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan lain sebagainya. Karena teknologi informasi ini telah menjadi kebutuhan primer bagi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan di dunia usaha. Setiap departemen baik itu di departemen pusat maupun daerah membutuhkan informasi dalam pencarian berkas, sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat kepada publik tentang data yang mereka laporkan. Hasil penelitian ini maka dapat di analisa membutuhkan sistem informasi yang sesuai untuk memonitoring keseluruhan kegiatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis dan merancang sistem adalah metode Analisis dan Perancangan Berorientasi Obyek (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Hasil penelitian berupa analisa tentang sistem informasi monitoring yang diharapkan dapat dikembangkan dan berfungsi untuk mempermudah setiap prosesnya. Accompanied with the development of information technology systems now feels very rapidly, almost in all aspects of activities have been used as supporting information technology systems activities, be it in the economic, social, cultural, educational, health, and so forth. Because information technology has become a primary need for the survival of the company in the corporate world. Each department both in the central and regional departments need the information in the file search, so we need a system that can provide accurate information to the public about the data they report. These results it can be analyzed requires appropriate information system for monitoring the overall activities. The method used in analyzing and designing the system is a method of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Results of research in the form of an analysis of monitoring information system that is expected to be developed and serve to facilitate each process.
