Abstract

PB PJSI (Pengurus Besar Persatuan Judo Seluruh Indonesia) merupakan organisasi yang mengelola olahraga judo di seluruh Indonesia. PB PJSI bertugas membina dan mempersiapkan atlet seluruh Indonesia untuk mengikuti kejuaraan bergengsi seperti Kejuaran Nasional Umum, Kapolri Cup, Wismoyo Cup, PON, dan sebagainya. Saat ini, PB PJSI belum memiliki database dan system untuk menyimpan dan mengelola data atlet, data pelatih, data pengurus dan data mutasi atlet judo seluruh Indonesia. PB PJSI masih kesulitan untuk mendapatkan data atlet, data pelatih, dan data pengurus judo yang baru dari setiap wilayah diseluruh Indonesia, khususnya data atlet karena proses pengumpulan data masih dilakukan melalui email dan pos. Selain itu PB PJSI saat ini masih kesulitan untuk mereview kembali ranking-ranking atlet karena terbatasnya data atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu database untuk penyimpanan data di PB PJSI dan rancangan system untuk mengelola data pengurus, data atlet, data pelatih, data mutasi dan data ranking point selama 4 tahun menuju kejuaraan PON. Model perancangan aplikasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Object Oriented Analysis Design ( OOAD ). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sebuah rancangan sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan serta mengelola data atlet, data pelatih, data pengurus serta data ranking atlet sehingga memudahkan PB PJSI dalam mereview rangking – rangking atlet dan memudahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kata Kunci: Judo, rangking atlet, rancangan system & databse, OOAD PB PJSI (Pengurus Besar Persatuan Judo Seluruh Indonesia) is an organization that manages the sport of judo throughout Indonesia. PB PJSI duty nurture and prepare athletes throughout Indonesia to participate in the prestigious championships such as the National Championship General, Chief of Police Cup, Wismoyo Cup, PON, and so forth. Currently, PB PJSI not yet have a database and a system to store and manage data of athletes, coaches the data, the data administrators and data transfer judo athletes throughout Indonesia. PB PJSI still difficult to obtain the data of athletes, coaches the data, and the data judo new board from every region throughout Indonesia, especially the data of athletes because the process of data collection is still done via email and post. Besides PB PJSI is still difficult to reviewing ranking-ranking athletes because athletes to limited data. This research aims to design a database for data storage in the PB PJSI and design system administrators to manage the data, the data of athletes, coaches the data, the data transfer and data ranking points over four years towards the championship PON. Application design model used in this study is a model of Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). This research is expected to produce a design system that can be used to store and manage data of athletes, coaches the data, the data administrators as well as data ranking athlete making it easier PB PJSI in reviewing ranking - ranking athletes and facilitate in decision-making.
