Abstract
Stres kerja pada guru diartikan sebagai pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan ketika dialami oleh seorang guru dari segi emosional, seperti amarah, frustasi, kecemasan, depresi, gelisah dan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan aspek pekerjaan sebagai seorang guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan resiliensi dengan stres kerja pada guru sekolah luar biasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik convenience sampling. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah luar biasa di Jakarta Selatan. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 75 responden. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Teacher Stress Inventory dan Resilience Scale (RS-14). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif pada kategori dan inferensial pada uji-uji yang dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara variabel resiliensi terhadap variabel stres kerja dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien yang diperoleh -0,016 dengan nilai p sebesar 0,892 (p > 0,05). Untuk peneliti selanjutnya, disarankan agar mereka lebih mendalami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stres kerja, termasuk aspek lingkungan, organisasi, dan faktor pribadi. Job stress in teachers is defined as an unpleasant experience that a teacher undergoes emotionally, such as anger, frustration, anxiety, depression, restlessness, and anything related to the aspects of working as a teacher. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between resilience and job stress among special education teachers. This research uses a quantitative method with a convenience sampling technique. The subjects of this study were special education teachers in South Jakarta. The number of respondents in this study was 75. In this study, the Teacher Stress Inventory and Resilience Scale (RS-14) were used as measurement tools. This study used descriptive analysis for categories and inferential analysis for the tests conducted. The results of this study indicated that there was no significant relationship between the resilience variable and the job stress variable, as evidenced by the coefficient value obtained of -0.016 with a p- value of 0.892 (p > 0.05). For future researchers, it is recommended that they delve deeper into the factors that influence job stress, including environmental, organizational, and personal factors.
