Abstract

This study aims to examine whether kaizen culture can affect employee's performance at PT. Taharica. This type of research includes quantitative research, with a questionnaire as a data collection tool with a sample of 75 respondents, This research utilized a Likert Scale for its instrument. The utilized data analysis technique for this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The conducted statis-tical testing for this research were instrument testing, classical assumptions testing, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results of this research showed that Seiri, Seiton, and Shitsuke have a partial, significant effect towards employee performance. The results of this research also showed that the 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) have a simultaneous, significant effect towards employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah budaya kaizen dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taharica. Tipe penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan sample sebesar 75 responden, teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji instrumen, asumsi klasik dan hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukan bahwa Seiri, Seiton, dan Shitsuke berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Metode 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu dan Shitsuke) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
