Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, investment decisions and dividend policy on firm value. This research was conducted at the Manufacturing and Real Estate sub-sector industry manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The sample used by 10 companies in 2014-2017. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability and investment decisions significantly influence the value of the company, while the dividend policy does not significantly influence the value of the company in the manufacturing companies of the Property and Real Estate sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017. Keywords: Profitability, Investment Decision, Dividend Policy, and Company Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Keputusan Investasi, dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur industry sub sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2014-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 10 perusahaan pada tahun 2014-2017. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas dan keputusan investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur industri sub sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017.
