Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the meaning of the work and organizational climate on turnover intention through employee engagement. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were 35 employees at the startup company Travalal.com with saturated sample collection techniques. The analytical method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool 3.2.9. The results of the study showed that meaning of work significance had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Meaning of work has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational climate has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Employee engagement has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Meaningfulness of work, organizational climate, employee engagement, turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis meaning of work dan iklim organisasi terhadap turnover intention melalui employee engagement. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang karyawan pada perusahaan startup Travalal.com dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukan meaning of work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Meaning of work berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
