Abstract
Munculnya era Society 5.0 membuat isu-isu lingkungan semakin serius di era teknologi canggih seperti sekarang. Salah satu sektor yang terdampak signifikan adalah pergudangan. Dalam setiap aktivitas logistik, Gudang merupakan salah satu sumber utama emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) yang memperparah pemanasan global. Sekitar 11% emisi GRK dari seluruh kegiatan logistik berasal dari gudang. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk memvalidasi KPI mana yang relevant dalam penyusunan Framework kinerja Green Warehousing serta merekomendasikan improvement KPI yang belum memenuhi target. Penelitian ini berhasil memvalidasi 20 dari 21 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang diajukan pada awal penelitian. Hasil pembobotan menunjukkan bahwa KPI dengan bobot global terbesar adalah % of employee Trained in environmental Requirement (0,20308383), diikuti oleh Deliver Cycle Time (0,08820937) dan Energi Used (0,08331710). KPI Upside Source Flexibility berada di peringkat keempat (0,05881014), sedangkan Water Used di peringkat kelima (0,05288591). Secara keseluruhan, kinerja perusahaan mencapai 45,96%, dikategorikan sebagai "Marginal". Dari total KPI, Dan terdapat 12 KPI yang masuk kategori merah. Yaitu : (Energi Used, Water Used, % Of Synthetic Chemical Used, % Orders received damage free, % hazardouz material in inventory, % Of Supplier with an EMS or ISO 14000 Certification, % Of Not Feasible Package, upside source flexibility, Delivery Quantity Aquracy, % Of Recyclable/Reusable Materials, upside make flexibility, % of employee Trained in enviromental Requirement). 1 KPI Kategori Kuning, dan 7 Kategori Hijau. Sedangkan terdapat 3 KPI dengan nilai bobot tertinggi yaitu % of employee Trained in enviromental Requirement dengan bobot 0,20308383, Deliver Cycle Time dengan bobot nilai 0,08820937, Energi Used dengan bobot nilai 0,08331710. Untuk meningkatkan KPI yang merah, perusahaan dapat melakukan berbagai upaya seperti meningkatkan efisiensi energi, mengkonservasi air, mengurangi penggunaan bahan kimia, memperbaiki kualitas pengemasan, memilih pemasok yang ramah lingkungan, mendesain kemasan yang lebih ramah lingkungan, mengurangi limbah cair, meningkatkan tingkat daur ulang, mengurangi limbah produksi, dan memberikan pelatihan lingkungan kepada karyawan. Tujuan utama dari upaya-upaya ini adalah untuk mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan mencapai keberlanjutan dalam operasi perusahaan. The emergence of Society 5.0 has intensified environmental concerns in today's advanced technological era. Warehousing, a crucial component of the logistics sector, has been significantly impacted. Warehouses are a primary source of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, exacerbating global warming. Approximately 11% of total GHG emissions from logistics activities originate from warehouses. This study aims to validate relevant KPIs for developing a Green Warehousing performance framework and recommend improvements for KPIs that have not met their targets. The research successfully validated 20 out of 21 proposed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Weighting results indicate that the KPI with the highest global weight is "% of employees trained in environmental requirements" (0.20308383), followed by "Deliver cycle time" (0.08820937) and "Energy used" (0.08331710). "Upside source flexibility" ranks fourth (0.05881014), and "Water used" ranks fifth (0.05288591). Overall, the company's performance scored 45.96%, categorized as "Marginal". Out of the total KPIs, 12 fall into the red category, including energy consumption, water usage, and employee training. To improve these red KPIs, the company can implement various strategies such as enhancing energy efficiency, conserving water, reducing chemical usage, improving packaging quality, selecting environmentally friendly suppliers, designing ecofriendly packaging, reducing liquid waste, increasing recycling rates, minimizing production waste, and providing environmental training to employees. The primary objective of these efforts is to mitigate negative environmental impacts and achieve operational sustainability.
