Abstract

Company value is a description of the company's performance which can influence investors' attention to the company. This research aims to find empiricalevidence on the influence of Capital Structure, Investment Decisions, Growth Opportunity on Company Value. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study are pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2023. Sample selection used the purposive sampling method. The number of samples for this research was 8 companies over 8 years with a total of 64 sample data. The data collectiontechnique used in this research is a documentation technique by obtaining data in the form of the company's annualreport for 2016-2023 and a library studytechnique by conducting a literature review, reviewing various sources such as books, journals and other sources related to research. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis withthe help of IBM SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that Capital Structure, Investment Decisions, and Growth Opportunity have a positive effect on Company Value. Nilai perusahaan adalah gambaran dari kinerja perusahaan yang bisa mempengaruhi atensi investor kepada perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris atas pengaruh Struktur Modal, Keputusan Investasi, Growth Opportunity terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2016-2023. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 8 perusahaan selama 8 tahun dengan total 64 data sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi dengan mendapatkan data berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan tahun 2016-2023 dan teknik studi pustaka dengan melakukan telaah pustaka, mengkaji berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal, Keputusan Investasi, dan Growth Opportunity berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Nilai Perusahaan, Struktur Modal, Keputusan Investasi, Growth Opportunity.
