Abstract
Judul: Analisis Perbandingan Bekisting Konvensional dengan Bekisting Alumunium dari Segi Biaya dan Waktu (Studi Kasus: Proyek Design and Build Pegadaian Tower), Nama: Annisa Dewi Wulandari, NIM: 41121120069, Dosen Pembimbing: Ir. Yopi Lutfiansyah, S.T., M.T. 2023. Metode pelaksanaan konstruksi dipilih dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan akan rencana struktur di lapangan. Penyesuaian metode pelaksanaan dipilih oleh penyedia jasa konstruksi untuk merealisasikan proyeknya sehingga mencapai efisiensi biaya dan waktu namun tetap memenuhi standar mutu yang telah ditetapkan. Salah satu alternatif metode pelaksanaan konstruksi yang dapat dipilih ialah pekerjaan bekisting. Pekerjaan bekisting yang umumnya berbahan dasar material kayu, kini sudah memiliki alternatif pilihan lain seperti bekisting alumunium. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perbandingan bekisting konvensional dengan bekisting alumunium dari segi biaya dan waktu. Data yang diperlukan dalam metode ini yaitu harga upah, material, dan penjadwalan proyek.
