Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work conflict, work stress and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. The population and sample in this study were 58 employees of the Service Division of PT. Plaza Auto Prima. The sampling method is a saturated sample. The research instrument uses the SMART PLS 4.1 application. The independent variables in this study are Work Conflict, Work Stress and Work Discipline. The dependent variable in this study is Job Satisfaction. The results of this study prove that work conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja, stres kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 Karyawan Divisi Service PT. Plaza Auto Prima. Metode penarikan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Instrument penelitian menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS 4.1. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Konflik Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepuasan Kerja. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan
