Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee engagement. The research object is employees working at Holland Bakery Jatinegara unit. The population in this study is 134 employees of Holland Bakery Jatinegara unit. The sample used consists of 103 employees of Holland Bakery Jatinegara unit, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The data analysis method employs Partial Least Square (PLS). This study demonstrates that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Job satisfaction has a positive significant effect on employee engagement. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Employee Engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap employee engagement. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada Holland Bakery unit Jatinegara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 134 karyawan Holland Bakery unit Jatinegara. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 103 karyawan Holland Bakery unit Jatinegara, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Employee Engagement.
