Abstract

In the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Accessibility Work Advanced Project, there is a foundation design that coincidentally is right at the point of the box culvert structure in which there are water pipes and electrical cables that function to supply clean water and electricity to Terminal 3 for 24 hours a day. This resulted in the foundation work not being able to be carried out, following the impossibility of the box culvert structure being moved. Because this foundation work is a critical path, it is necessary to have a design review as soon as possible so as not to slow down time. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the comparison and a more efficient method in terms of cost, time and implementation in the Pileslab foundation work, the Main Bridge, the spun pile foundation and the borepile foundation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the pile foundation is more efficient in terms of cost with a difference of comparison reaching Rp. 1,746,466,09 and time with a difference of 64 days compared to the borepile foundation. Keywords: Cost Analysis, Time Analysis, Spun Pile, Borepile Pada Proyek Lanjutan Pekerjaan Aksesibilitas Bandara Soekarno-Hatta terdapat desain pondasi yang kebetulan tepat pada titik struktur box culvert yang didalamnya terdapat pipa air dan kabel listrik yang berfungsi mensupply air bersih dan listrik untuk Terminal 3 selama 24 jam sehari. Yang mengakibatkan pekerjaan pondasi belum bisa dilakukan, menyusul tidak memungkinkannya struktur box culvert tersebut dipindahkan. Karena pekerjaan pondasi ini merupakan jalur kritis, sehingga diperlukan adanya review design secepatnya agar tidak memperlambat waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya perbandingan dan metode yang lebih efisien dari segi biaya, waktu dan pelaksanaan di lapangan pekerjaan pondasi Pileslab Jembatan Utama pondasi tiang pancang dan pondasi borepile. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pondasi tiang pancang lebih efisien dari segi biaya dengan selisih perbandingan yang mencapai Rp 1.746.466,09 dan waktu dengan selisih mencapai 64 hari dibandingkan dengan pondasi borepile.
