Abstract
ABSTRACT This quantitative study aims to examine the influence of authentic personal branding and hospitality culture on the work achievement of employees at the Alfaland Group Indonesia head office. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique and the total respondents of this study were 78 employees at the Alfaland Group Indonesia head office. Many studies on authentic personal branding and hospitality culture have been conducted, but no studies have been conducted specifically in relation to work achievement. The results of this study indicate that authentic personal branding has a positive and significant influence on work achievement. In addition, hospitality culture is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on work achievement. Then simultaneously, authentic personal branding and hospitality culture have a positive and significant influence on work achievement. The implications of these findings suggest that Authentic Personal Branding and Hospitality Culture interact and contribute to employee Job Performance in several significant ways. This suggests that when these two variables are well integrated, employee job performance will be better maintained and the company can achieve better and more consistent performance in the long term. ABSTRAK Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh authentic personal branding dan budaya hospitality terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan kantor pusat Alfaland Group Indonesia. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh dan total responden penelitian ini berjumlah 78 karyawan kantor pusat Alfaland Group Indonesia. Penelitian authentic personal branding dan budaya hospitality sudah banyak dilakukan, tetapi belum ada penelitian yang dilakukan khususnya dalam kaitannya dengan prestasi kerja. Sehingga peneliti tertarik meneliti lebih lanjut mengenai authentic personal branding dan budaya hospitality khususnya terkait dengan prestasi kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa authentic personal branding memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Selain itu, budaya hospitality juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Kemudian secara simultan, authentic personal branding dan budaya hospitality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Authentic Personal Branding dan Budaya Hospitality saling berinteraksi dan berkontribusi terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan dalam beberapa cara yang signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika kedua variabel ini diintegrasikan dengan baik, prestasi kerja karyawan akan lebih terjaga dan perusahaan dapat mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik dan lebih konsisten dalam jangka Panjang.
