Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of authentic personal branding and intrinsic motivation on the work performance of employees at PT Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo. The research is a quantitative study using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents selected using a random sampling technique. The total number of respondents is 106 employees of PT Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo with a margin of error of 5%. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS 25. The results show that authentic personal branding has a positive and significant effect on work performance, with a t-value of 6.907 > 1.983 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005. Additionally, intrinsic motivation is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on work performance, with a t-value of 2.915 > 1.983 and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.005. Furthermore, simultaneously, authentic personal branding and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant influence on work performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh authentic personal branding dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Total responden berjumlah 106 karyawan PT Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5%. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa authentic personal branding memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai t hitung 6,907 > 1,983 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 <0,005. Selain itu, motivasi intrinsik juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai t hitung 2,915 > 1,983 dan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,005. Kemudian secara simultan, authentic personal branding dan motivasi intrinsik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.
