Abstract

The Directorate General of Highways No. 12 of 2023 encourages BIM adoption for road and bridge construction. However, BIM application in Indonesia remains limited due to high skill requirements and other barriers. This study, titled "Implementation of Building Information Modeling 5D on Quantity take-off Structural Work in the Elevated Toll Road Project," This study aims to evaluate BIM's implementation on quantity take-off and identify related barriers and benefits in the Harbour Road 2 Elevated Toll Road Project. Autodesk Revit will be used for BIM implementation. Primary data will be collected via a questionnaire to assess the obstacles and benefits of BIM 5D in the Harbor Road 2 Toll Project. The study found that BIM for QTO is more efficient than conventional methods, with an average deviation -0.65% in concrete volume and -2.68% in rebar volume. The main barrier with the highest TCR identified was the high capability and accuracy required of BIM users, while the top benefit with highest TCR was the reduction of cost-related risks. Adopsi BIM yang didorong oleh Ditjen Bina Marga No.12 tahun 2023 tentang pedoman implementasi Building Information Modelling pada lingkup konstruksi jalan dan jembatan. Tetapi pada kenyataannya penerapan BIM di Indonesia masih minim serta mengalami banyak kendala seperti dibutuhkan kemampuan dan ketelitian yang tinggi dan faktor lainnya. Atas dasar inilah penulis membuat penelitian yang berjudul implementasi Building Information Modelling 5D pada quantity take-off pekerjaan struktur di Proyek Elevated Toll Road. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi metode BIM pada quantity take-off serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan manfaat implementasi BIM untuk pekerjaan quantity take-off di Proyek HBR 2. Implementasi metode BIM, akan dilakukan menggunakan Autodesk Revit. Selain itu untuk pengolahan data primer dilakukan kuesioner untuk mengidentifikasi kendala dan manfaat implementasi BIM 5D pada quantity take-off di Proyek Tol Harbour Road 2. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu pada implementasi BIM untuk QTO, menunjukan metode BIM lebih efisien daripada konvensional dengan deviasi rata-rata pada volume beton sebesar -0,65% sedangkan untuk volume besi -2,68%. Selanjutnya, untuk variabel kendala dengan nilai TCR tertinggi yaitu dibutuhkannya kemampuan dan ketelitian tinggi pengguna BIM, sedangkan untuk variabel manfaat d TCR tertinggi yaitu mengurangi risiko yang berkaitan biaya.
