Abstract
The construction industry is an economic sector that requires strong collaboration between various parties in the supply chain. This research aims to analyze the efect of information quality on supply chain performance through information sharing in the construction industry. The research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys of developers, consultants, contractors and suppliers involved in the process of building office and apartment buildings in Jakarta. Data analysis used SEM-PLS 4.0 (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares). With a sample size of 100 consisting of 22% developers, 19% consultants, 35% contractors, 24% suppliers. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive effect of information quality on information sharing. In addition, information sharing practices are also proven to mediate the effect of information quality on supply chain performance. These findings emphasize the importance of information quality in improving supply chain performance through information sharing. These findings can also contribute to the literature on supply chain management, with a particular focus on the construction industry context. The practical implication of this research is that with quality information quality and effective information sharing, companies can carry out better planning and scheduling, reduce uncertainty, and increase operational efficiency. Industri konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor ekonomi yang memerlukan kolaborasi kuat antara berbagai pihak dalam rantai pasoknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh information quality terhadap supply chain performance melalui information sharing pada industri konstruksi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei terhadap pengembang, konsultan, kontraktor dan supplier yang terlibat dalam proses pembangunan gedung perkantoran dan apartemen di Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS 4.0 (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares). Dengan jumlah sampel 100 yang terdiri dari 22% pengembang, 19% konsultan, 35% kontraktor, 24% pemasok. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif information quality terhadap information sharing. Selain itu, praktik information sharing juga terbukti memediasi pengaruh information quality terhadap supply chain performance. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya information quality dalam meningkatkan supply chain performance melalui information sharing. Temuan ini juga dapat berkontribusi pada literatur mengenai manajemen rantai pasokan, dengan fokus khusus pada konteks industri konstruksi. Implikasi praktis dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa dengan information quality yang berkualitas dan information sharing yang efektif, perusahaan dapat melakukan perencanaan dan penjadwalan yang lebih baik, mengurangi ketidakpastian, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.
