Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Transformasional, stress kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Dua Sisi Sejahtera dengan populasi sebanyak 40 karyawan tetap dengan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Skala pengukurann menggunakan skala linkert. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode analisis Smart-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil uji didapatkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kemudian, stress kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Selanjutnya, komitmen organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. This Research aims to anlyze th effect of leadership style Transformasional, work stress, and organizational commitment on turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Dua Sisi Sejahtera with a population of 40 permanent employees with the sampling method using a saturated sample. The data collection method uses a survey method, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The scale of measurement uses a likert scale. The approach used in this study is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis method. Based on the test results, it was found that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant influence on turnover intention. Then, the work stress also has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, organizational commitment also has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention.
