Abstract

Cold Storage Building is a building specifically designed to maintain room temperature in very cold conditions which functions as a commodity preservation area so that it can be stored fresh for a long period of time. When constructing a Cold Storage Building, a very specialist construction process is required. Therefore, it must be carried out using a certain construction method (modular construction), using special materials (sandwich panels), requiring several specialist subcons & a lack of experienced workers. These conditions make the challenge of building a Cold Storage Building more difficult, which can affect the time performance of the project. This research aims to analyze factors that can influence time performance in the implementation of the Cold Storage Building construction project using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. Based on data analysis, the equation Y = 3.166 + 0.108 X1 + 0,208 X2 + 0,040 X3 + 0,112 X4 + 0,164 X5 + 0,061 X6.. Based on the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test, simultaneously Material Factors (X1), Material Factors (X2), Machine/Equipment Factors (X3), Method Factors (X4), Money Factors (X5) and Environmental Factors (X6) have an influence contribution of 87.6 % of Time Performance (Y). Meanwhile, for the results of the most dominant factor analysis using Beta Standardized x Zero-Order, it was found that the Material Factor (X2) was the most dominant factor that could influence time performance with an influence value of 34.01%. Considerations in determining alternative solutions to improve time performance on Cold Storage Building construction projects are carried out on the most dominant factor, namely the Material Factor (X2). Cold Storage Building merupakan suatu bangunan yang dirancang khusus agar dapat mempertahankan suhu ruangan dalam keadaan sangat dingin yang berfungsi sebagai area pengawetan komoditas agar dapat disimpan dalam keadaan segar dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Pada saat pembangunan Cold Storage Building, diperlukan suatu proses konstruksi yang sangat spesialis. Oleh sebab itu, harus dilaksanakan dengan metode pelaksanaan konstruksi tertentu (konstruksi modular), menggunakan bahan material khusus (sandwich panel), memerlukan beberapa subcon spesialis & masih minimnya tenaga kerja yang berpengalaman. Kondisi tersebut membuat tantangan pembangunan Cold Storage Building menjadi lebih sulit, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja waktu pada proyek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja waktu pada pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan Cold Storage Building dengan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh persamaan Y = 3.166 + 0.108 X1 + 0,208 X2 + 0,040 X3 + 0,112 X4 + 0,164 X5 + 0,061 X6. Berdasarkan hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi, secara simultan Faktor Manusia (X1), Faktor Material (X2), Faktor Mesin/ Alat (X3), Faktor Metode (X4), Faktor Keuangan (X5) dan Faktor Lingkungan (X6) memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 87.6% terhadap Kinerja Waktu (Y). Sementara untuk hasil analisis faktor paling dominan menggunakan Beta Standarized x Zero-Order, diperoleh bahwa Faktor Material (X2) adalah faktor paling dominan yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja waktu dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 34.01%. Pertimbangan dalam menentukan solusi alternatif untuk meningkatkan kinerja waktu pada proyek pembangunan Cold Storage Building dilakukan pada faktor paling dominan, yaitu Faktor Material (X2).
