Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation, and motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Galih Ayom Paramesti with a population of 50 employees using a sampling method using saturated samples. The data collection method uses a survey method, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The measurement scale uses the Likert scale. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method with the Smart-PLS application. The results of the study found that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Compensation has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Galih Ayom Paramesti dengan populasi sebanyak 50 karyawan dengan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan aplikasi Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
