Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana employee well-being dapat memediasi hubungan antara job crafting dan career adaptability pada pekerja. Peneliti melihat bagimana upaya proaktif pekerja untuk membentuk pekerjaan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi mediasi dengan data dari 621 pekerja di Indonesia, studi ini meneliti jalur-jalur di mana job crafting mempengaruhi career adaptability, dengan employee well-being sebagai mediator. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan prosedur PROCESS V.4.2 untuk SPSS, yang memungkinkan pemeriksaan komprehensif terhadap hubungan mediasi yang dihoptesiskan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya intervensi yang mendorong job crafting untuk meningkatkan employee well-being dan career adaptability, yang berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan karier yang lebih berkelanjutan di era perubahan pekerjaan yang cepat. This study aims to understand how employee well-being can mediate the relationship between job crafting and career adaptability in workers. The research looks at how workers proactive efforts to shape jobs improve well-being and job satisfaction. Using mediation regression analysis with data from 621 workers in Indonesia, the study examined the pathways through which job crafting affects career adaptability, with employee well-being as the mediator. Data analysis was conducted using the PROCESS V.4.2 comprehensive examination of the hypothesized mediating relationships. The findings emphasize the importance of interventions that promote job crafting to enhance employee well-being and career adaptability, which contribute to more sustainable career development in an era of rapid job change.
