Abstract

Delivery Order merupakan salah satu layanan makanan siap saji yang populer, selain mempermudah konsumen dalam mendapatkan makanan, layanan ini juga membantu meningkatkan penjualan bagi perusahaan rumah makan. Pada PT. BAMBOO DIMSUM ada pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang masih dilakukan secara konvensianal seperti merekap data pesanan masih menggunakan rekap kertas yang belum terkomputerisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan prototype. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, sehingga diperlukannya suatu sistem delivery order di PT. BAMBOO DIMSUM yang dapat mengelola data pesanan, data pelanggan, data laporan sehingga proses bisnis bisa lebih tertata dan terkelola dengan baik agar dapat terealisasikannya informasi yang cepat, rapi, dan tepat waktu. Delivery Order is one of the popular fast food services, in addition to making it easier for consumers to get food, this service also helps increase sales for restaurant companies. At PT BAMBOO DIMSUM there are jobs that are still done conventionally such as recapitulating order data still using paper recaps that have not been computerized. The method used is using prototype. Based on the existing problems, so that a delivery order system is needed at PT. BAMBOO DIMSUM which can manage order data, customer data, report data so that business processes can be more organized and well managed in order to realize information that is fast, neat, and timely.
