Abstract
Indeed man as a social creature can not stand alone without the help of others, JL. Camar II is used by residents for chatting, buying and selling, playground and celebration of the big day. This study aims to determine the pattern of road use and examine the problems that may arise related to the use of the road as a means of interaction. The approach of this research is quantitative and qualitative approach. The results showed that the presence of JL. Camar II became the favorite location of the residents to interact and overshadow various activities of citizens. Where the concentration points gathered citizens are influenced by the existence of some existing tread elements. However, the majority of the residents did not question the use of the road for social interaction, which they questioned the use of roads for parking areas of vehicles and hanging clothes. Sejatinya manusia sebagai makhluk sosial tidak dapat berdiri sendiri tanpa bantuan orang lainnya, JL. Camar II digunakan oleh warga untuk bercengkrama, jual beli, tempat bermain dan perayaan acara hari besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola penggunaan jalan dan mengkaji permasalahan yang kemungkinan timbul terkait penggunaan jalan tersebut sebagai sarana interaksi. Adapun pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan JL. Camar II menjadi lokasi favorit warga untuk saling berinteraksi dan menaungi beragam kegiatan warga. Dimana titik konsentrasi berkumpul warga dipengaruhi oleh keberadaan beberapa elemen tapak yang ada. Namun mayoritas warga tidak mempermasalahkan penggunaan jalan tersebut untuk berinteraksi sosial, yang mereka permasalahkan justru penggunaan jalan untuk area parkir kendaraan dan menjemur pakaian.
